Responsible for managing viticultural and operational activities in a manner consistent with the Mission statement
that enables the Company to achieve its strategic goals. Includes leadership responsibility for managing an empowered
organization dedicated to achieving those long-term goals.
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
LEADERSHIP
- Supervise the Viticulturist, Operations Manager and Maintenance Supervisor while providing a positive and progressive
team culture for employees at all levels. Responsibility includes:

- Coaching, training and development of staff to provide staff with appropriate opportunities for growth.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS degree in viticulture.
- Minimum 10 years experience with budgetary experience as a Vineyard Manger with a demonstrated practical and theoretical
understanding of viticultural practices. Including supervisory experience with crews of 100 plus people, developing
vineyards, installing irrigation systems and designing vineyard layouts, working with mechanical harvesters and
hillside vineyards.
