For over 25 years, WinePro Recruiters International’s founders Don and Donna Parker have been providing top-level executive searches for the wine industry. Donna Parker honed her professional employment skills as a Personnel Director at Zellerbach Paper Company and Levi Strauss in San Francisco. She started WinePro in 1984 with the goal of providing thoughtful, professional employment services to the dynamic wine industry. Don joined the organization 5 years later, adding his ranch management and construction management experience.

With a client list that spans from the smallest independent wineries to the largest organizations, they know the wine industry like no one else..
