"Donna Parker is the best I’ve worked with.  She took the time to understand me as a candidate and really took into consideration my long term goals as a winemaker.  She wants the best for her client (the employer), but she also wants to place candidates in positions that make the most sense for their careers.  She is a straight shooter.  When I was working with her, she informed me of the pros and cons pertaining to each decisin (based on my personality and what the job would demand).  She really engages the candidate and asks very difficult questions that we sometimes overlook and ignore.  That is what makes her good.  She challenges you in a fashion where you have to be brutally honest with yourself and what you want.  Every job is a compromise, none of them are perfect.  If you are looking to fill a specific position, you want the person in that position coming to you with a realistic expectation of the job.  She will provide that to the candidate based on the information you give her.  When I took this job, I knew what I was getting into, and what would be expected of me.  I also knew what my opportunities were from a winemaking perspective, and how it would benefit me and my employer in the long run.  I think she will do an excellent job for you.  I highly recommend her."
